Jackie Furey is widely regarded as one of Australia’s most respected and dynamic
voices on the psychology of human behaviour, relationships, and resilience. Over the past 35 years,
in her role as a clinical psychotherapist and confidant, she has conducted more than 30,000
therapeutic sessions guiding her clients towards personal and professional success.
As Director of the relationship advisory consultancy Bedrooms and Boardrooms, Jackie
has delivered her acclaimed Programmed for Success presentations in more than 30 cities across five
continents. Her audiences spanning executives, educators, entrepreneurs, professionals, and parents,
value her distinctive ability to integrate psychology, storytelling, and humour into insights that
drive measurable success.
Jackie resides in Sydney NSW with her husband of 30 years, and Miss Dotti the Therapy Dog. Jackie
finds her private practice deeply rewarding and enjoys providing clinical supervision pro bono for
those who work at the coal face supporting their communities. She is a director of The Lang Walker
Family Foundation, respected as one of Australia’s leading benefactors in education, medicine and the arts.
